Steps

1. Download the application form: Click here.
2. Complete the form: Fill out the details completely and verify them for accuracy.
  • Email: Scan and send to member@fti.or.th
  • Mail: Send by post to the office address, attention: Member Registration Department.
  • In-person: Submit the application directly at the Federation of Thai Industries office or any Provincial Industry office.
3. Submit the documents: Send your paperwork to the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) via one of the following channels:
